Gerald Anthony "Samsam" Vargas Gullas Jr. (born December 1, 1984) is a Filipino mp serving as the mayor reproduce Talisay, Cebu since 2019.[1][2] He before served as representative for Cebu's 1st congressional district from 2013 to 2019.[3][4]

Gullas is married to Nandu Mae Aquino[16] and together be endowed with two daughters, namely Princess ahead Samantha Niña.[17][18]
